Wheeee!!!! I can not wait until the third Potter movie!! I'm EscAsTiC! Whooo!! *falls off then jumps around gleefully* *faints*
*giggle*
Why am I in such a great Potter mood? I just read this interview. Thinking about PoA put me in a crazy frame of mind. :) Haha Emma's cat! Clickie click!
http://www.the-leaky-cauldron.org/setreportpoa.html
I have no idea why but *swoons over Alan Rickman* Isn't that crazy? I must just love his character's depth. Blame the fanfiction.

I'm actually good with chopsticks now. I can eat greenbeans and chocolate chips with them easily. :) *waves her chopsticks around* Every time I see anime now I always want a cup of noddle soup thingy. Yum. Fun to eat with my chopsticks.
The hours of listening to J-pop has finally paid off. I really hear the sounds of the Japanese language much more easily now. I actually notice whether someone is singing in English or in Japanese. :} Hehe..
...
*giggles some more*
Hmm.. Is the phrase "quite frankly" considered part of the vernaculars of under-20-yr-olds?
I love Potter Puppet Pals! hehee... Watch it! Link to follow shortly.. as soon as I get a comp that actually works.. grr..

I wish computers would work. Grr..
I've been practicing eating with chop sticks. :) I'm just ok with them. I really wish that karakoe was popular in the USA. Oh well.
Someone should write a book entitled, The Entire World's on a diet and Getting Fatter.
Listening to music. Look and Live - EFY 2003
Going to go see if anyone has updated their fanfics since 10:30 this morning.
Contemplating on getting a job.
Thinking about running...
Doctor's appointment in 2 weeks about my foot. ick.

Quizz Qrazy!
Welcome to Ravenclaw!
Ravenclaws are
the best at problem-solving of all the houses.
They're sly and can think their way out of any
situation. Ravenclaws are OK with Gryffindors,
and also with Slytherins. For some reason they
avoid Hufflepuffs.
Harry Potter-Sorting Hat

You are a Gryffindor!!! A little wild and crazy,
you definitely are daring and a little out
there. You are a perpetual trouble-maker and
are more likely to get caught doing something
wrong even if you weren't there when it
happened. It's amazing the stunts you've pulled
haven't gotten you killed...yet.

Kamehameha!
A Live Action Dragonball movie! YAY! Finally! Woohooo!!!!
Unfortunately I don't know whether to cry in happiness or in agony.
On one hand, it's Dragonball Z! Live! On the other hand, it's being made to make money from American viewers. Meaning, the cast and characters and story and everything will be different! *WAIL* *sniff* Bye bye strong lovable goofy Goku with wild hair... you are going to be shorter, and have more sense than a sack of potatoes.. goodbye trade mark hair. Bye bye proud Saiyan Prince Vejita... no more savy voice and expressionate dark eyes... gone will be the short stature and wild flame like hair... What I will regret most will be the eyes... Anyone who has seen the fan-made DBZ Music Video In the End by Linkin Park, and the Anime DBZ Movie #12 - Dragon Fist will know what I mean...
And poor Krillin... please-oh-please do *not* make him 2 feet tall... I've always thought of him as about 5ft tall. Short, but not tiny! And that Scary clown loving Cyclops Tien will be played by Orlando Bloom! What are they thinking!?! Sorry, I can't imagine him with three eyes and walking around with a very muscular chest. Uh... no.
And putting Blue hair on Jessica Alba? Poor girl... not her color at all... Bulma also has blue eyes you know... and it's supposed to be natural looking! Afterall, when she was little her hair was lavender... as is her father's and Trunks'. Bulma is *NOT* supposed to be a fighter. She's a silly girl! Yes, a certified genius, but still silly! She screams her head off and cowers when she's threatened... then turns around with some incredible large invention and laughs evily. Of course it usually gets smushed within the next two seconds and she starts screaming again. ;)
Chi-chi is supposed to be in the tournament, not Bulma. Oh, I can't wait to see Gohan! He is adorable in the anime! Kawaii!!!! Aww... too bad once again he will have to be bereft of those dark saiyan-asian eyes...
I could cry.

I am of the opinion that of all the cast, Bill Goldberg is the one who will recieve the least amount of controversy. My brother didn't even care to see the picture. As he said, all heavy weight, bald Worldwide wrestlers would do as nicely for the part. o.O
I really really really wanted professional martial artists to be the main characters for this movie. *sigh* I guess no Jet Li as Vejita now... wah!

i go amazed into the maze...
:)
Let me turn your attention to the music of Malcolm Danglish and the poetry of Wendell Berry.
Wonderful.
Like lots of music, it may have to be listened to many, many times before one truly hears it, and then.. ahh... what bliss...
ok. :) I really like it. Of course I have the American Boy's Choir version of Hymnody of Earth. I haven't heard the Oolite version.
I can't decide which songs are my favorites... the music really showcases the poetry spectacularly well. Ahh... :)
GREAT TREES
(Wendell Berry)
Slowly, slowly they return
To the small woodland let alone:
Great trees, outspreading and bright,
Apostles of the living light.
Patient as stars, they build in air
Tier after tier a timbered choir,
Stout beams upholding weightless grace
Of song, a blessing on this place.
They stand in waiting all around,
Uprisings of their native ground.
Downcomings of the distant light;
They are the advent they await.
Receiving sun and giving shade,
Their life's a benefaction made,
And is a benediction said
Over the living and the dead.
In fall their brightened leaves, released,
Fly down the wind, and we are pleased
To walk on radiance, amazed.
O light come down to earth, be praised!
WINDOW TREE
(words and music by Malcolm and Campbell Dalglish)
From your limbs I see the birds fly
Away with the wind and snow,
Out in that cold wind you are an old friend
Standing outside my window.
And in the morning as I am waking
You pull the darkness from a dream,
I feel beneath you as I look up through
The window pane an old refrain.
Every day you're just as new to me
As the light of the sun,
And in the night I dream with the light
That you hold inside of your leaves.
I hear the birds sing and I know there's a language
In the silence of the earth,
And deep in your rings I know circles of death
Leave histories of new birth.
And out of prayer I stare at the air.
Like a river, it flows over you,
You nod and I have the only sensation
That what stands true will continue.
Going to be playing volleyball tonight.. hope I don't get injured. *poof*

Crackers are yummy.
Better mood today. :)
James finally completed Obi-wan Kenobi, an X-box game. Makes me want to finally get around to playing it. The graphics are terrible, but only because I am so used to gammonbrat's marvelous works and professional works such as the Final Fantasy characters. Sometimes the graphics are so sad they're funny, but I understand how they need to keep the filesize down.
Thinking about Rice Pudding.

I just compared the costs of living in different states. :| http://www.homefair.com/homefair/calc/salcalc.html
Using Greenville, SC as the constant and a $100,000(default) salary. Listed in ascending order:
Greenville, SC 100,000
Jersey City, 112,836
Tampa, FL 118,675
Las Vegas 119,798
Southfield, MI 120,227
Paramus, NJ 146,617
Go figure, SC is the cheapest. Oh well. At least I actually know ppl there. Not to mention that half of our furniture is still in storage there... including my 30 Star Trek books and complete Video collection of Star Trek TNG Episodes. Let's see... in 6 months I will probably either be moving to FL, CA or SC. At least I'm not homesick for NJ anymore.. haven't been there for ages. And there's really nothing left there for me anyways. All my friends have gone off to college... old ward has split and DIED. *sarcastic* Nope, no reason to be sad at all.
This.. stinks.
I just noticed that I have listened to Linkin Park for the last 5 hours straight. Good band. Great music.
So, what have I been up to? Read Fanfics, played Sims, reassembled computers, went for 25min to a lame New Years ward party (people were literally so bored they were putting together puzzles and playing chess, and my brother was there for 4 hours! o.O), watched a 6hr series of Jane Austin's Pride and Predjudice(loved it very much), searched Barnes 'n Nobles for Manga (didn't find any I wanted to buy), slept, watched anime: 4 eps of Angel Santuary o.O;; and Slayers OVA, did laundry, slept some more. That's about it.
I think I'll look for a job this week.
My stomach hurts. I think I'm hungry but I don't feel like eating. Going to bed.
Fixed my music link.. should work now. Remind me to put codes in my blog so that search engines don't wrongly list it.

Song of goodness: Boa - Duvet
I haven't been online since our cable connection was canceled by accident Tuesday. :( So now we can't get our cable connection back without taking everything apart and back to it's source and paying someone from the company to re-install it. Stupid really but what can we do? Well we're getting someone from the apartment to fix the telephone line in the room so that we can use it and connect the comp up via dialup. Bleh. Oh well.
Well, Christmas was great. :) I got James everything he wanted, and in turn he bought me a new Sim game! So, I'll be playing that off-line. ;) Funness!

Random thoughts
Listening to: Baby Bash - Suga Suga
A fun thing to do: Put on socks. Dance and slip around on wooden floors. :P
Things I want to do: (In no particular order, feasible or not)
-Learn How to Network
-Create my own OS
-Create the insides of a tower from scratch
-Learn handcode vrml, flash, various scripts
-Dabble in the theoretical Warp Physics
-Discover a lighter, stronger and more dependable material suitable for space travel and atmospheric reentry
-Study how impulses from the brain work and create better artificial limbs
-Invent a machine that will play what one hears in their head. Composres need not worry...only those highly practiced and able to discern individual notes would ever be able to concentrate enough to produce anything worthwhile. Hey, we can play back music for ourselves.. why not play it back so we can feel the vibrations too?
-Promote knoweldge to change the general attitude towards food and products so that businesses that sold unhealthy and/or unnatural products would be unprofitable and would go out of business. No more microwaves! o.O
-A digital music library! Only a $20 fee a year...
-Read Shakesphere's complete works (we own them somewhere..)
-Read Paradise Lost (just to say I did)
-Learn Japanese
-Learn how to draw anime style and CLAMP!
-Invent a full body medical scanner (everything you need to know in one go!)
-Make a gentle handheld Sinus drainer (For those bad colds. You know you want one!)
-Destroy the common cold (I want to, but better not. Can't chance a mutation of somethig worse...)
-Make a faster and safer means of transportation. I don't think particle transporters will work. After all, that just destroys you atom by atom and re-creates a clone. Ouch.
-Create a skin cell remodulator... realign skin cells to get rid of scarring.
-Every child a home
-Paper-thin bullet proof armor
-Learn Akido ju-jitsu
-Learn ballroom dancing and all the moves in Spanish dancing
-Learn to fly
Can't think of anything else at the moment. *giggles* Like I said, I'm going to have to be in school forever... every single science class ever invented...

Is that orange mouldy?
Well we went and saw LoTR yesterday! And then we walked home and I went to bed. And then I woke up a little after midnight.. and the building was on fire! No, I'm just kidding. Someone burned something really bad two stories down and there was smoke in our apartment. The poor manager, when trying to find out which apartment the smoke was coming from, set off an alarm in the apartment below us. Imagine a really annoying ambulance siren that never stops.. only slightly softer and a little bit quieter. Too bad the ppl were away.. we think they're in Florida. The alarm went off for at least 5 whole minutes. Maybe longer but it didn't really bother me. I was too busy making myself dinner. ^_^ Finally it turned off. Since I wasn't tired I just stayed up all night.. again.
So this morning I was cajoled into singing in my mom's choir. A plethera of Christmas songs; two of her own making. And afterwards, the father *and* mother of a nice looking young man just back from his mission a few weeks ago made sure that I met him. I can't say I was surprised. During the one sunday that I actually went to church before I left for school, his father told me about him at least four times. He also told my parental figure twice. Hahah.. too funny. My mom jokingly said that his mother and father are co-conspirators to him married. Cute. Jaimie thought that once I went to college I'd get married by Christmas.. or at least the end of the year. I told her that I probably wouldn't even get a boyfriend until I was at least a junior. James agreed. o.O
Jamie, if you're reading this: I didn't go to BYU, but now I get to enjoy life in a Single's Ward anyway! *sarcastic* Oh joy! :P Come visit!
There's a 3 on 3 Basketball tournament Friday. I wanna play! I hope to go to the Young Singles "family night" tomorrow and see if I can coax two other girls to play with me. ^_^
I just tried to make myself oatmeal... I put too much water in it. :*( I told James that maybe if I let it sit for a long time the oatmeal will grow. He called it oat-drink. O.o guess I'm having Oat-drink for lunch.
*five minutes later*
Oh wait, never mind. It *did* grow afterall...
My oatmeal packet says that the average adult male has 4 1/2 gallons of salt water in their body... James says he has 5.
Back to LoTR: I really really enjoyed the ending. :) I just love Gandalf. The Hobbits just shone! Sam was the star! *chants* Go Sam! Go Sam! Merry and Pippin are just too fun! I love the way Gandalf looks after his Hobbits as if they were his kids. :) awww...
Something I discovered yesterday: I like the smell of lavender.
A funny review from yahoo of The Cat in the Hat:
There was a cat, he had a hat. His hat was wonderous, extraordinary, stuff like that. His character was lame, the story the same. Too bad the cat and his hat are to blame. The story was pointless, trully a dull mess, I fear this movie will not be a success. So save your pennies, and dimes, go somewherelse to spend your time. This movie is a flop, plop, plop, plop! Good luck to the cat. Good luck to his hat. Go see ELF, that's all I have to say about that. - by ednurse69
I'm going to take a nap now. Ta ta for now!
James agreed. o.O

Stickiness!
I woke up naturally at 7:40 am today! Yay me! :) (Even though I didn't get out of bed until really 9:30) Mom made me french toast! Yum! I can't seem to have syrup without getting it all over me :( I think I managed to get most of the syrup off my shirt but I just know that I'll be sticky for the rest of the day. My Aunt sent us Pears for Christmas. She is the *best* at giving presents. ^_^
James and I are going to walk to the movie theater to try to see LoTR: Return of the King! :) It's 3 hrs and 30 min long and the theater is only about a mile away so if we get tickets we should be home before dark.
I really really want to see Peter Pan! I've always loved that story.

Tra la la!!
Today Mother asked me if I wanted voice lessons. >.< She got out a book of songs in different languages from her Westminister days. I'd rather learn to sing Japanese Rock.. or popular Spanish dance music.. well Latin's not so bad either... Yoko Kanno uses Latin. ^_^ I should learn Adiemus' made-up words and syllables. Keep the heavy stuff awaaayy! No want vibrato! I'd rather sound like bells. :)

Papageno!
Hey minna!!! *listening to L'Arc~en~Ciel* I think I just got rid of my hiccups. A can of soda, and consequently a burp, seems to have cured me!
I just watched Mozart's Die Zauberflote (of the Metropolitan Opera flavor). What can I say? I love Mozart's music, not his umm.. storylines. You must have patience to watch opera since they sing everything three times. O.o;; My favorite Aria is still the Act 2 Queen of the Night's Aria about Revenge... and of course I still really love Papageno's songs! Especially his duet. Now I actually know what he's singing about now! Cute! ^_^
One thing that confused me during the opera was who the villian was... at first you think it's Sarastro, then no one, and at the end it's clear that the mother is an evil witch. Surprise surprise! She has such a beautiful costume though. Gotta love the sparkles. Prince Tamino, in my opinion, is quite a borish two dimensional character. I didn't quite like the way Tamino submitted to some bizarre quest to gain.. enlightenment? Just one question, how does one gain knowledge by simply walking through flames and water? Oh well... it's Mozart, not Shakesphere.
On a lighter note, I am only 43 points away from reaching level 4 in Neopet's Destruct-O-Match!
I'm in a 3d object creating mood.. if only I had spazz, Photoshop 7.0 and my templates! The joy of working hours on mentally creamy objects... I need to buy the new version on Spazz. No, I need to learn how to hand code. Shoot me now. >.<

Redundancy: J-Rock Rocks!

*Hic* I woke up with the hiccups. They are from laughing with my bro. I can't even remember what we thought was so ridiculous last night. *hic* I wonder if other people have cases of the hiccups that come and go.. Well despite it being the middle of the day I am still the only one up! And I'm not happy that we don't have any Rice Pudding left! I really wanted some last night.. :*(
I actually kinda cleaned up my room! Well, I put my clothes away and moved the furniture around.. I also attempted to put some posters up using about a 1/2 square inch of that sticky blue stuff for all of them. At least two fell down already. :P Oh, and I finally figured out which electrical outlet the light switch controls! Of course it's the one behind my very heavy long dresser. We clipped a lamp on the side of my mirror. Let there be light! My brain hurts. Maybe I should go back to bed...
Random things in my room:
-a karate uniform
-a mini fridge
-one Navou brick
-a dream catcher
-one basketball
-two volleyballs
-four mini bubble bottles
-six empty shoeboxes
-seven Star Trek novels (the other 30 something are in storage in SC)
-eight shoeboxes with things in them
-9 pillows
-a display of my eight Star Wars Lego sets (and one Harry Potter!)
-a binful of stuffed animals and dolls
-a large bag of glow in the dark stars (I need to put those up when I get more sticky blue stuff!) :}

Radical Ed gets up to the podium: Introducing! Two More Blogs!
*Munches on healthy Golden Stoneground Wheat Thins* Turns out I didn't really make anything after all. One look in the fridge was all it took for me to change my mind and grab an apple and some crackers!
I am now adding Blakey's blog and Jess-chan's blog! :) Jess-chan is my bestest anime friend! Busters! After looking at her site I realized that I need a place in my posts to put moods and music and such.. I was thinking of putting a music file on here to play.. perhaps Garmana's Virga AC Diadema... will code later.. neopets time now!
Now what's with this Mormon Southpark thing that came out? I've never seen South Park so I am completely clueless. I don't think that Joseph Smith ever read the plates out of a hat. o.O Then again, it's not as if I actually went to seminary my last year *cough*Doctrine and Covenants*cough* so I'm not the best person to ask. The only thing I have to say is check out this site! http://www.lds.org
hahaa!!! My bro just said that I am 'so obsessive with (my) blogger!' I'm like, 'I just got it yesterday!'

Just woke up! I think I slept too long... I am still of the opinion that liquid Echinacea Goldenseal tastes terrible! Urgh... yuk! At least it did it's job! I think that this was the first time that a cold hasn't really manifested itself! Woohoo!! Since I'm keeping track.. that was the third cold of the year.. looks like I'm right on target since I average 6 a year. o.O
I woke up to the sound of voices... talking about Idaho. Of course my first thought was Missionaries.. but they umm were talking about jobs so it turns out that it was our visiting home teachers! Hmm.. talking about cars now... we came here with three cars but we only have one left. The Nissan got stolen in the middle of the night and the Camero got wrecked. Poor Camero. I was really fond of it. :*(
I'm going to go try to make someone dinner. If you were my best friend you'd know that me+kitchen=calamity for anything but a select few things. I can make cookies, canned soup, salad, and pasta. My bro's the chef of the family. Wish me luck! hehee..

Books are yummy!
Okay.. I just finished creating portions of the linked pages on music and furuba... check it out!
aurgh.. I get to clean my room tomorrow. It looks like a bomb went off in there. I basically dumped all my clothes all over... I tripped over some large hardcover library book already and almost twisted my ankle. There's really no light in my room since I have to plow through boxes and junk to get to my lamp table to turn it on. o.O Ouu.. guess which books I got! I picked out some fun very light reading.. E.T. The Extra Terrestrial by William Kotzwinkle (told from ET's perspective), the first 3 books of Anne McCaffrey's DragonRiders of Pern and some very philosphical "What if" book about the future... grrr.. it's not in my room... I think my mom thought that it was someone else's.. o.O Instead she dropped off Piers Anthony's Bearing An Hourglass. Only 300 pages, it looks like a kiddie book... I really want to get my hands on that book that she said that was popular when she was in college.. something about comparing someone's artwork with someone else's mathematics and.. Bach? I can't remember and someone's reading it now... :(
Okay, well I'm going to bed. Nighty! (Morning!) hehee..
I want a chocolate orange...
